Course overview

You will analyse business requirements, identify the current business systems and processes and optimise their performance.  

The course introduces you to tools, techniques and principles of business analysis that are essential in analysing the business needs and creating solutions for your organisation. You will learn techniques of assessing business risks and gathering intelligence to add value to the business systems. 

This course is delivered to you via live online classes. You require a computer, laptop or a touchpad and a working internet connection to access the courses from anywhere. The classes consist of lectures, discussions and Q&A segments. There is a free 2-hour session available for prospective learners of this course to try it. Learners can decide to continue with classes after the evaluation period.

Learners who pass the final one-hour computer-based multiple-choice exam will be awarded a certification approved by BCS. 

Prerequisites

• To be eligible for this course, you must be at least 16 years or older with basic ICT and Mathematics skills, and English literacy
