ITIL® Intermediate: Continual Service Improvement (CSI)

This module focuses on the principles and strategies from the ITIL Lifecycle’s Continual Service Improvement period, without going into specific processes. The CSI also provides advice on how to assess risks and vital success factors, as well as the resources and technologies that can be used to help relevant activities.
