ITIL® Intermediate: Operational Support & Analysis (OSA)

One of the ITIL® Service Capability modules is Operational Support and Analysis (OSA). It focuses on how OSA practises can be used to handle events, incidents, demands, issues, access, technological, IT operations, and applications.
