Overview

Cyber Resilience Best Practice is intended to assist commercial and government organizations worldwide in preventing, detecting, and correcting any impact cyber-attacks may have on the information required to conduct business. By incorporating RESILIA into AXELOS’ existing global best practice portfolio, which includes ITIL® and PRINCE2®, a common cyber resilience best practice for security, IT service management, and business is created. People, processes, and technology work together to achieve active cyber resilience.

The purpose, key terms, the distinction between resilience and security, and the benefits of implementing cyber resilience are covered in the RESILIA™  Foundation that PeopleCert accredits. It explains risk management and the key activities required to address risks and opportunities. It also discusses the importance of common management standards and best practice frameworks in achieving cyber resilience. Following that, it identifies the cyber resilience processes, control objectives, interactions, and activities aligned with corresponding ITSM activities.

• There are no prerequisites for this course to be taken. However, information regarding security service or service management will be a benefit.
